What should you do if the package is not delivered?
We do everything we can to ensure that you receive your package as quickly as possible and without any problems. But of course something can always go wrong. Very annoying, but in that case we will do everything we can to solve it for you as soon as possible. If you have not received your package when it should reasonably have been delivered, please contact us as soon as possible via telephone number +316 85635708 or send an e-mail to email@example.com. We will let you know as soon as possible how we will ensure that you still receive your order.
Returning an order is possible and must be done within 14 working days. To exercise this right, please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org
After receiving and checking the returned items, we will process the return and take the desired action.
Note: We only accept unopened and complete items. If a product does not meet our conditions, we cannot accept the return.
After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount.
