Delivery and Returns

Shipping:
After placing your order with Daily Smile, we immediately begin processing your items to deliver them to you as quickly as possible.

What to do if the package is not delivered?
We make every effort to ensure that you receive your package promptly and without any issues. However, things can occasionally go wrong. If you have not received your package within a reasonable time frame, please contact us as soon as possible by sending an email to info@daily-smile.nl. We will promptly inform you of how we will ensure that you receive your order.

Returns:
Returning an order is possible and must be done within 14 days. To exercise this right, please contact us via info@daily-smile.nl.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned items, we will process the return and take the necessary action.

Please note: We only accept unopened and complete items. If a product does not meet our conditions, we cannot accept the return.

After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be refunded the full order amount.

The return costs are the responsibility of the customer. For more information, please refer to our terms and conditions.
